Social Determinants of Health Training
NWBCCC Health Justice Committee trained leaders will conduct a social determinants of health training for local residents to learn about the root causes of health disparities and ways to respond to the inequalities we see in our community.

Voces Latinas Quinceanera
This year Voces Latinas turns 15 years old. We will be celebrating by having a Quinceañera ceremony for the organization on October 11, 2018 at Renaissance in Astoria. In the Latino community, a Quinceañera is similar to a rite of passage from girlhood to womanhood.
